Tata Trusts dissents to reappointment of N. Chandrasekharan as Tata Sons chairperson
India’s Tata Trusts have formally voiced opposition to the reappointment of N. Chandrasekharan as chairperson of Tata Sons. While the trust recorded acceptance of the board’s decision the following day, it urged the conglomerate to trigger the Articles‑of‑Association process by establishing a selection committee to identify a future chair.
