Arunachal CM denies using might for proposed mega dam on Siang River
Arunachal Pradesh Chief Minister Pema Khandu said the state will not resort to force in pursuing the planned Siang River mega‑dam project. His remarks came after the Central Bureau of Investigation lodged a case against activist Bhanu Tatak, accusing him of receiving overseas funds in breach of the Foreign Contribution Regulation Act under Indian law.
