CMRL-Exalogic pay-off case: Sasidharan Kartha too retracted statement to ED
In the ongoing CMRL‑Exalogic pay‑off investigation, senior official Sasidharan Kartha has submitted a retraction of his earlier statement to the Enforcement Directorate. His withdrawal follows similar public affidavits filed in 2024 by former chief financial officer P. Suresh Kumar and the current chief general manager. Both had also recanted their prior testimonies in the legal case.
