‘Architects of 9/11 were not hiding in caves,’ India tells UNSC in scathing attack at Pakistan
At a United Nations Security Council meeting, India’s permanent representative Harish Parvathaneni asserted that the planners of the September 11 attacks are not concealed in remote caves and criticised Pakistan for providing sanctuary. He named several al‑Qaeda operatives involved in the attacks who have been apprehended in Pakistani cities, urging accountability and cooperation on international joint counter‑terrorism efforts.
