Himachal’s policy uncompromising toward those involved in illegal drug trade: CM Sukhu
Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu announced that Himachal Pradesh will adopt an uncompromising policy against anyone involved in illegal drug trade, including tougher penalties and heightened surveillance coordinated with police and narcotics agencies. At the same time, he said the government will take a compassionate approach toward young people already addicted, expanding de‑addiction centres and providing comprehensive support to aid their recovery.
