Anant Nag to be honoured with Dadasaheb Phalke award
Veteran actor Anant Nag will receive the Dadasaheb Phalke Award, India's top cinematic honor. He is remembered for his role in the Doordarshan series “Malgudi Days,” adapted from R.K. Narayan’s stories and directed by his brother Shankar Nag. His career spans Kannada, Hindi and English productions, earning critical acclaim and multiple awards over five decades in both film and television.
