Article 371(J) Act will be implemented fully, says Priyank Kharge
Union Minister Priyank Kharge announced that the government will now enforce the Article 371(J) Act in its entirety. The legislation, which provides special provisions for Jammu and Kashmir in areas such as public employment, education and regional development, is slated for full implementation.
