DRDO unveils framework to ease MSME, start-up entry into defence R&D
India's Defence Research and Development Organisation announced a new framework designed to simplify the involvement of micro, small and medium enterprises and start‑ups in defence research. The scheme provides financial assistance, incubation services and entry to DRDO testing infrastructure, aiming to broaden private sector contribution to defence technology development. It also offers mentorship and joint projects with DRDO labs to boost domestic capability.
