Annamalai University staff launch indefinite strike at Chidambaram

The Joint Action Committee, representing the university’s employees, announced the indefinite walkout to press for their demands, escalating a dispute that has already seen weeks of uninterrupted demonstration and has drawn attention from local authorities.
