Guntur DLSA tops State in civil settlements for six Lok Adalats running; 7,900 cases closed since July 2025
The Guntur District Legal Services Authority has emerged as the state’s leader in civil settlements through six Lok Adalat sessions, closing 7,900 cases since July 2025. According to DLSA secretary Syed Ziyauddin, a monitoring committee and station‑wise screening of small‑money suits, injunctions, execution petitions, old land disputes, plus mediation at pre‑Lok Adalat meetings, drove the outcomes.
