Keralam PWD readies ₹3.26-crore plan to fortify three rehabilitation plots for Vallarpadam International Container Transshipment Terminal evictees
Kerala’s Public Works Department has drafted a ₹3.26 crore scheme to improve three rehabilitation sites allocated to families displaced by the Vallarpadam International Container Transshipment Terminal. The plan targets two water‑logged parcels in Thuthiyoor, housing 56 and 118 households, and a third plot on Mulavukad for 14 families. Beneficiaries have long pressed for the upgrades in recent months.
