Supreme Court announces launch of Hindi public information service ‘Jan Soochna Seva’
India’s Supreme Court has introduced a new public information platform named Jan Soochna Seva, initially offered in Hindi. The service aims to provide citizens easier access to court records and other legal data. Officials said additional Indian languages will be incorporated gradually, expanding the portal’s reach across the country. The rollout will follow a phased schedule, with the judiciary monitoring user feedback to improve functionality.
