Former Tehelka editor Tarun Tejpal surrenders before Goa Court; sent to jail to serve 10-year sentence
Former Tehelka editor Tarun Tejpal appeared before a Goa court on Tuesday, complying with a Supreme Court directive issued on Aug. 25 that required him to surrender within three weeks. He was taken into custody to begin serving a ten‑year term imposed by the Bombay High Court following his conviction recently on charges related to sexual assault.
