Partial Pink Line opening unlikely to ease Bannerghatta Road traffic, say commuters and experts
Commuters and transport experts say the partial launch of Bangalore's Pink Line will not significantly reduce congestion on Bannerghatta Road. While the new segment offers an alternative for travelers heading to places such as Jayadeva Hospital and the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore, its effect will stay limited until the underground portion of the line becomes operational.
