Tamil Nadu government to finalise location for new Assembly-Secretariat complex by mid-September
Tamil Nadu’s ruling party, led by Chief Minister M.K. Stalin, announced that it will decide on a site for a combined Assembly and Secretariat building by mid‑September. The administration has shortlisted three locations for the project, aiming to consolidate the state’s legislative and administrative offices in a single complex. The decision follows earlier proposals to modernise government infrastructure.
