Critical care centres in GGHs to benefit poor, says Minister
The chief minister virtually opened new critical‑care units at government general hospitals in Ongole and Nellore. Minister Dola Sree Bala Veeranjaneya Swamy said the blocks are part of a statewide rollout aimed at delivering immediate, high‑level emergency treatment to critically ill patients, particularly those from low‑income backgrounds. The facilities are intended to improve access to intensive care across the region.
