Harish Rawat resigns from Congress posts after ED recovers cash, gold from his PA
Senior Congress leader Harish Rawat stepped down from all party positions after the Enforcement Directorate disclosed that a search related to the 2016 VPDO examination case recovered about 32 lakh rupees in cash, gold items and several luxury watches from his personal assistant, Chandan Singh Jeena. The agency said the seizure was part of its ongoing investigation.
