Supreme Court asks Prashant Bhushan to approach Delhi High Court in case of lawyers beaten at BCI premises
India’s Supreme Court, led by Chief Justice Surya Kant, told senior advocate Prashant Bhushan to file his grievance about the assault on lawyers at the Bar Council of India premises in the Delhi High Court. Bhushan had approached the apex court directly after learning multiple petitions concerning the Bar Council were currently already before it.
