Stalin moves Madras High Court to declare him elected from Kolathur constituency
Chief Minister M.K. Stalin has petitioned the Madras High Court to declare his victory in the Kolathur assembly seat. He also asks the court to order a full verification of VVPAT slips in the constituency and invalidate the election of Tamil Vanniyam Katchi MLA V.S. Babu, citing irregularities. The DMK president stressed 100% VVPAT counting for transparency.
