‘Reading kept me going’: Noida stir accused who cracked NET
A Noida inmate, accused in a local protest, said he spent most of his time in jail reading. He focused on preparing for the National Eligibility Test, using study materials brought by friends. He also read novels, poems and stories. The interview was conducted by The Hindu at Greater Noida prison. He expressed that reading helped him cope with the stress of incarceration.
