Delhi Police detains ex-bureaucrat over online activity, releases him later
Delhi police detained a former bureaucrat after two plain‑clothes officers approached him in Nehru Park and escorted him to the Special Cell office in New Friends Colony. Authorities said the detention related to his recent online activity. He was questioned and then released the same day without charges. Police said they were checking for possible breaches of the IT Act before releasing him.
