
Madras High Court dismisses M.K. Stalin’s plea to declare him elected from Kolathur constituency
The Madras High Court rejected a petition filed by Tamil Nadu chief minister M.K. Stalin seeking a declaration that he was duly elected from the Kolathur assembly seat. A two‑judge bench, led by Chief Justice Sushrut Arvind Dharmadhikari and Justice G. Arul Murugan, ruled the writ petition was not maintainable, leaving the election result unchanged for now.
