Water supply restored in Kochi’s Thrikkakara, neighbouring areas
After a Kerala Water Authority pipe ruptured on Wednesday night at the Pipeline Junction in Thrikkakara, water service to multiple western Kochi localities—including Thrikkakara, Kalamassery and Vypeen—was disrupted. Authorities have since repaired the line and restored supply to the affected neighborhoods, officials said, with water flowing again by Thursday morning after swift repair work today.
