Jharkhand High Court sets two month deadline for government to appoint JPSC Chairman, members
The Jharkhand High Court has ordered the state government to fill the vacant posts of Jharkhand Public Service Commission chairman and its members within two months. The directive follows the arrest of former chairman L. Khiangte on August 10 and the resignation of all three commissioners after large protests by candidates alleging irregularities in the commission’s recruitment examinations.
