Kerala’s High Court ruled that a video featuring a social activist’s comments on the Sabarimala deities is offensive, and ordered Meta to temporarily and promptly remove the content. The bench, after viewing the clip in court, said its continued online presence could damage the religious sentiments of Sabarimala devotees. The directive applies until further review.
