A scaffolding collapse at an under‑construction church near Katpadi on Sunday killed three workers and left 11 injured. The 20‑foot high platform, used by 20 laborers, fell during routine work. Victims included 67‑year‑old Samuel and his 32‑year‑old son Immanuel, known as Kutty. The incident happened at Manji Krishnapuram village, and authorities are investigating the cause.
