Community dialogue highlights women’s leadership in public education
An event organized by local education groups brought together teachers, administrators, parents and policymakers to discuss the role of women in leading public schools. Participants shared experiences of female principals and teachers, examined challenges such as gender bias and resource gaps, and proposed strategies to increase women's representation in school management and curriculum development across the region.
