Nursing officer arrested under POCSO Act for assaulting minor at hospital in Keralam
Police in Kerala have detained a nursing officer under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act after a teenager was allegedly assaulted in a hospital elevator on the morning of September 8. The complaint states the minor entered the lift to reach a ward when the officer, identified as Migdad, entered and committed the assault. An investigation is underway.
