Water crisis: KWA to boost Aluva WTP output; Kochi to get additional 10 MLD water
Kerala Water Authority will boost the Aluva water‑treatment plant’s output, supplying Kochi with an additional 10 million litres per day. New motor‑pump sets will be installed, officials said. The upgrade is intended to ease the region’s water crisis and improve supply for the city and nearby districts.
