56 lakh pattadar passbooks will be distributed by March 2027, says Andhra Pradesh CM Naidu
Chief Minister Naidu announced that Andhra Pradesh will hand out 5.6 million pattadar passbooks by March 2027. The distribution will take place at gram sabhas to increase openness and deter fraud in land records. He noted that 400,000 land documents were already issued in September, part of the effort to improve transparency in the state's land administration.
