Third year since Naidu’s arrest: September 9 a ‘dark day’ for Telugu people, says TDP chief
Marking three years since his 2023 detention, TDP chief N. Chandrababu Naidu described September 9 as a ‘dark day’ for Telugu people. Party leader Palla Srinivasa Rao said the arrest in the APSSDC case was politically driven and criticized the then YSRCP administration as authoritarian. Naidu spent more than 50 days in Rajamahendravaram Central Prison in Andhra Pradesh.
