AIADMK, DMK governments in T.N. gave inadequate publicity to SC/ST scholarship schemes: CAG report
India’s Comptroller and Auditor General reported that the AIADMK and DMK administrations in Tamil Nadu failed to adequately publicize scholarship programs for Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe students. The audit found the lack of awareness left many eligible beneficiaries without the intended financial assistance and urged future governments to improve communication and outreach for these schemes.
