FSSAI licence of iconic Hyderabad hotel Shadab suspended over food safety violations
India’s Food Safety and Standards Authority has temporarily revoked the licence of Hyderabad’s historic Shadab restaurant after inspectors found multiple hygiene breaches, including improper food storage and inadequate sanitation. The suspension, effective immediately, aims to protect public health while the establishment addresses the violations. Authorities said the hotel must comply with corrective measures before the licence can be reinstated.
