Cyclone Arnab costs APSRTC ₹13.10 crore in revenue loss
Cyclone Arnab caused the Andhra Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation to lose about ₹13.10 crore in revenue after more than 1.07 million scheduled bus kilometres were cancelled and four buses were damaged. Transport Minister Mandipalli Ramprasad Reddy instructed officials to focus on passenger safety and to resume services as soon as possible. The cancellations affected regular routes across the state, disrupting travel for commuters.
