Kerala HC allows plea by Sree Sankaracharya University of Sanskrit against permitting suspended students to appear for examinations
Kerala’s High Court has permitted a petition by Sree Sankaracharya University of Sanskrit to block suspended students from taking exams. A two‑judge Division Bench, led by Justices Anil K. Narendran and S. Muralee Krishna, ruled that a prior single‑judge order was flawed because the students had not provided proof of eligibility to sit for the examinations.
