ACP Manasvi Vashishta, who led protest outside Delhi Police headquarters, suspended for ‘violation of discipline’
Delhi’s Assistant Commissioner of Police Manasvi Vashishta was suspended after authorities said he breached discipline by taking part in a demonstration outside the police headquarters. He had joined roughly a hundred officers protesting his own transfer and that of Shahdara station head Arun Kumar, following allegations from lawyers that the two officers had threatened advocates involved in an assault case.
