Petronet LNG reports 52.3% growth in net profits, in talks for availing undelivered cargoes
Petronet LNG announced a 52.3% increase in net profit for the latest financial period, attributing the rise to higher LNG sales. The company is negotiating to claim cargoes that remain undelivered under existing contracts. It also proposed a cash dividend of seven rupees per equity share, pending shareholder approval. The results were disclosed in a filing to the stock exchange.
