BRS blames Congress govt. for dried up paddy in large tracts in Palamuru
The Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) accused the Congress‑led state administration of causing extensive paddy crop failure in the Palamuru area. Senior BRS figures, including T. Harish Rao, toured the parched fields of Veltur and Alwala villages in Wanaparthy district, meeting distressed farmers and attributing the loss to governmental neglect. The leaders urged the state to provide urgent relief and compensation to affected cultivators.
