Telangana plans AI-enabled transactions in agri. market yards
The Telangana state government intends to introduce an artificial‑intelligence driven platform for conducting transactions in agricultural market yards. According to Agriculture Minister Tummala Nageswara Rao, the system will digitise trade processes, aiming to increase transparency and efficiency and reduce manual interventions. The initiative is part of broader efforts to modernise the state's farm‑produce supply chain in the near term.
