Keralam to announce water policy by 2027
Kerala's government will unveil a comprehensive water policy by 2027, with a water conclave scheduled for December. The strategy calls for reviewing dam safety, mapping water assets, and seeking additional funding from the central Jal Jeevan Mission. It also proposes reforms aimed at improving the efficiency of the state's Water Resources department and the Kerala Water Authority.
