Bombay HC extends stay on actor Imran Khan’s ‘Leave India Notice’, seeks unconditional apology over SIR protest
India’s Bombay High Court prolonged the suspension of actor Imran Khan’s ‘Leave India Notice’ and ordered him to issue an unconditional apology for the protest organized by the Students’ Islamic Relations (SIR). In court, Khan’s lawyer proposed filing an undertaking pledging that he will not join or encourage any similar demonstrations in the future publicly.
