HackerTube: YouTube built from videos recommended by HN
Developers have created HackerTube, a curated YouTube channel that compiles videos linked in Hacker News discussions. The project automatically extracts YouTube URLs from top posts, filters for relevance, and assembles them into playlists, offering a video feed reflecting the community’s interests. The source code is open‑source, allowing others to replicate or adapt the approach for different platforms.
