Attappady tribal hospital to get more specialists, newborn care facilities
The state health minister said the tribal hospital in Attappady will gain more specialist doctors and a new block with neonatal care and an emergency operation theatre, financed with NABARD help. The upgrade seeks to improve medical services for the tribal population, especially maternal and child health. Construction is planned to start this year under health ministry supervision.
