AI must be integrated into thinking and work, says NITK Director
B. Ravi, director of the National Institute of Technology in Surathkal, said artificial intelligence should become part of everyday thinking and professional routines. He emphasized that development must be guided by ethical standards, compassion and a sense of societal responsibility, ensuring technology serves the public good while avoiding harmful impacts. He also called for educational institutions to embed AI curricula across disciplines.
