Missing woman suspected to have crossed LoC into Pakistan
Rubina Kousar, a resident of Karni village close to the Line of Control, went out with her goats for grazing on October 30 and has not been seen since. Authorities say early reports indicate she may have inadvertently crossed into Pakistan‑administered Kashmir while moving the livestock. Search efforts are underway to locate her and the animals.
