Actor Ajay Devgn moves High Court against FDA notice over Vimal Elaichi ads
Bollywood star Ajay Devgn has approached the Delhi High Court to contest a Food Drug Administration notice concerning advertisements for the Vimal Elaichi brand. In his petition, Devgn argues the notice was improperly issued to him as an actor instead of to the product’s manufacturer, describing the action as arbitrary. The court will consider his challenge.
