Supreme Court asks Centre to take measures against online misuse of court feeds
The Supreme Court has requested the central government to act against the misuse of live court feeds online. Solicitor General Tushar Mehta said the court had received suggestions from several High Courts and other stakeholders, which were forwarded to the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology. The directive aims to curb unauthorized sharing and protect judicial proceedings.
