Andhra Pradesh SEC gears up for polls in 100 Urban Local Bodies on November 1
The Andhra Pradesh State Election Commission is preparing to conduct elections in 100 urban local bodies on November 1. To maintain order, more than 36,000 police officers, drones and CCTV systems will be used, and over 400 mobile squads will monitor compliance with the Model Code of Conduct. Vote tallying in the state is planned for November 3.
