VTU Kalaburagi’s 5G lab adjudged best performer in Karnataka
Vidyavardhaka Technical University’s Kalaburagi campus 5G laboratory received the top rating among eight Karnataka 5G labs, according to the Department of Telecommunications. The lab earned an ‘excellent’ grade with a score of 143, distinguishing it as the state’s highest‑performing facility in the recent assessment. The recognition highlights VTU’s ongoing efforts to develop advanced communication infrastructure and supports India’s broader rollout of 5G services.
