Keralam initiates process to rectify anomalies in fair value of land
Kerala's revenue department has launched a review to correct irregularities in the assessed fair value of land. Minister A.P. Anilkumar said the state has received numerous public complaints about valuation discrepancies and has instructed district collectors to investigate each appeal submitted by landowners, as part of a broader effort to address grievances and adjust values where errors are found.
